Going for a vacation is  something expensive unless you have the plan laid out already like staying with the relatives or to a friends house. I have a picky eater which is my daughter. Everything,  that I packed in her lunchbox go to waste because she has many excuses why she did not finished her food. I believed I had tried all the possible food that I think could be enticing to her delights. Bologna Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients:  

2 slices of bread

2-3 slices of juicy tomatoes

2 slices of bologna

1 slice of American cheese

2-3 slices of pickled cucumber

good amount of lettuce 

Mayonnaise fat free 

good amount of mustard

Dash of black pepper

Direction:

Simply put the bologna first, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled cucumber, mayonnaise, mustard and black pepper. And, the other slice of bread on top and the sandwich is ready!

A dear friend of mine invited us for her daughter’s birthday party. I was amazed how beautiful and well designed their interior was.
