My daughter found this big and beautiful dead butterfly in our front yard.

I’m sorry to hear that it has passed away, but it sure is a pretty butterfly. I like the contrast between the butterfly and the wood beneath it.

What a shame it was dead. Still, it is beautiful! Maybe I should try that to photograph one. I can never seem to get them to sit still for me.
